ALESHA JOY BELLAIRS AS “LIBERTY”

The Arts have always been a passion for Alesha, so, after much procrastination at the start of this year, she decided to give her dream a go. In February 2003 she enrolled in Sally McLean’s “Acting Up” classes, and has pretty much been working with her ever since. Alesha’s first show was Rosebud Astral Theatre’s 2003 production of Annie Get Your Gun, where she was thrilled to get the role of “Winnie Tate”, and she has just finished appearing in CEF Players’ Sleeping Beauty.

2003 was a busy year, with Alesha also gaining her first film role - that of “Young Mary” in Sarah Steven’s A.W.O.L.. She learnt so much from these experiences and has made some great friends. There is nothing that Alesha enjoys more than the rush of being on stage and exploring a character. She is so exited about being in Sally’s play, as Sally is a bit of a mentor to her. Alesha hopes that you enjoy Chasing Pegasus and encourages everyone to go for their dreams. She would also like to thank her co-stars for making this such an enjoyable experience.
